Empowering young adults through menstrual hygiene, emotional wellness, and self-care education, while nurturing a community of kindness, confidence, and care where every young person can thrive.
De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation
At De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation, we are passionate about creating a nurturing environment where young adults can thrive. Through our programs on menstrual hygiene, emotional wellness, self-care, and sex education, we empower them to make informed choices and live with confidence and dignity.
Many young people today face challenges that affect their health, confidence, and ability to reach their full potential.
Menstrual hygiene remains a major issue — too many girls lack access to sanitary products, accurate information, and supportive environments, leading to shame, absenteeism from school, and low self-esteem.
Emotional wellness is often neglected, leaving young adults struggling silently with stress, anxiety, or low self-worth.
Self-care and sex education are rarely discussed openly, causing misinformation and risky behaviors that impact long-term wellbeing.
De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation exists to bridge this gap by promoting menstrual hygiene, emotional wellness, and self-care education, we empower young adults with knowledge, dignity, and confidence to make healthy choices and lead fulfilling lives.
We organize workshops in schools and communities to educate young girls about menstrual hygiene and provide free sanitary pads, ensuring that no girl misses school because of her period.
Through seminars, support groups, and one-on-one sessions, we promote emotional wellness and teach practical self-care habits that help young people build resilience and confidence.
We provide and make available age-appropriate sex education and life skills programs that equip young adults with the knowledge to make informed, responsible, and healthy choices.
We collaborate with schools, health organizations, and volunteers to reach more young people and create a sustainable network of care, compassion, and mentorship.
Each outreach, training, and act of kindness moves us closer to a world where every young person can thrive in dignity and confidence.
