WHO WE ARE

At De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation, we are passionate about creating a nurturing environment where young adults can thrive. Through our programs on menstrual hygiene, emotional wellness, self-care, and sex education, we empower them to make informed choices and live with confidence and dignity.

The Problem We Are Solving

Many young people today face challenges that affect their health, confidence, and ability to reach their full potential.

  • Menstrual hygiene remains a major issue — too many girls lack access to sanitary products, accurate information, and supportive environments, leading to shame, absenteeism from school, and low self-esteem.

  • Emotional wellness is often neglected, leaving young adults struggling silently with stress, anxiety, or low self-worth.

  • Self-care and sex education are rarely discussed openly, causing misinformation and risky behaviors that impact long-term wellbeing.

De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation exists to bridge this gap by promoting menstrual hygiene, emotional wellness, and self-care education, we empower young adults with knowledge, dignity, and confidence to make healthy choices and lead fulfilling lives.

How We Are Solving the Problem

Emotional Wellness
