De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to empowering young adults through menstrual hygiene education, emotional wellness programs, self-care awareness, and community outreach.
We believe that kindness, compassion, and education can transform lives and create a generation of confident, healthy, and purposeful individuals.
Founded with a vision to nurture dignity, wellness, and confidence among young people, our foundation works with schools, communities, and partners to ensure that every child — especially the girl child — has the knowledge and support needed to thrive.
To provide holistic support to young adults by promoting menstrual hygiene, emotional wellness, self-care, and sex education, while fostering a culture of compassion and community care.
To build a society where young people are empowered to make informed decisions about their health, well-being, and future — and where every young adult has the opportunity to live a life of purpose and dignity.
Kindness: Every act of love can change a life.
Compassion: We care deeply about the well-being of others.
Empowerment: We equip young people with knowledge and confidence.
Integrity: We act with honesty, transparency, and respect.
Community: We grow stronger together, united in purpose.
We carry out outreach programs and awareness campaigns across Nigeria that include:
Menstrual Hygiene Education & Pad Distribution in schools and communities.
Emotional Wellness and Self-Care Workshops that build resilience and confidence.
Sex Education and Life Skills Sessions for responsible, informed choices.
Community Outreach Programs — sharing food, clothing, and hope with the less privileged.
Through our initiatives, we have reached hundreds of young people, distributed thousands of sanitary pads, and inspired communities to embrace kindness, empathy, and care.
Every project reminds us that kindness is a seed — and when planted, it grows into hope for generations.
President
Mrs. Beatrice Otudor
We organize workshops in schools and communities to educate young girls about menstrual hygiene and provide free sanitary pads, ensuring that no girl misses school because of her period.
Through seminars, support groups, and one-on-one sessions, we promote emotional wellness and teach practical self-care habits that help young people build resilience and confidence.
We provide and make available age-appropriate sex education and life skills programs that equip young adults with the knowledge to make informed, responsible, and healthy choices.
We collaborate with schools, health organizations, and volunteers to reach more young people and create a sustainable network of care, compassion, and mentorship.
Each outreach, training, and act of kindness moves us closer to a world where every young person can thrive in dignity and confidence.
At De Deborah’s Tribe Foundation, we believe that real change begins with people who care.
Every volunteer, partner, and supporter plays a vital role in helping us empower young adults through menstrual hygiene education, emotional wellness, self-care, and community outreach.
